I’ve been playing rush warrior with Void Ripper and it’s safe to say that Void Ripper is the hidden MVP. Void Ripper has several uses. Quest Warrior drops a fat taunt boi? Void Ripper makes getting past that way easier. It’s also very useful for damage. This deck runs several minions with more health than attack, like Saronite Chain Gang, Firefly (and Flame Elemental), Voidwalker, and Deathspeaker. Having a board of these low threat minions can win you the game since dropping Void Ripper allows you to smack face for a lot of damage, plus, it’s generally unexpected and can really surprise your opponent. Definitely a card I’d recommend to use tbh.
Deathspeaker is helpful because this is a trade-heavy deck, and it allows you to maintain board control. I often Deathspeaker a 4/4 into an 8 health taunt and Soulfire to get through. I think Zoo is best with Keleseth. If you try it without it, the deck list would change quite a bit I think.
I’m with BuckNasty. I’ve always used zoo to get to legend each season and at high ranks. I’ve used deathspeakers the moment they came out and they make for efficient trades while maintaining some solid stats of your original minion and deathspeaker together. It’s a classic fit in this classic build for zoo. I like that it’s not running guldan. I would make maybe some minor changes just for a persona l preference, but this is a solid list and would keep deathspeakers in here for sure. How has the archerus veterans been performing?
D.K. would be good in my opinion. You have 2 flame imp, 2 voidwalker, 2 dreadlord, 2 doomguard, and 1 voidripper. Better than in even warlock.
Why void ripper? Haven’t tried this deck yet but i feel another fungalmancer would be better instead.
