Here we are 6 weeks later, and this deck is the subject of NO ONE’S discussion.

At best this is a tier 4 deck because of its weak response to board clears and no card draw.

THIS IS NOT A LEGEND DECK. IT IS A LIE. SPEND YOUR DUST ELSEWHERE.

The first time Kibler’s Handbuff deck claimed to be legend last month, his Youtube channel showed him pushing, but never reaching it.

I’m sure if this new version played from 5 rank could be possible, but lower? Nah. Too weak against board clears.
Spikeridged Steed is a weak punishment. Skelemancer is a better alternative, and has buff synergy.

Over course, everyone has a different take on Handbuff. Mine can’t use Prince Kelseth because it has terrible synergy with Small-Time Recruits, but terrific using 2 Grimestreet Outfitters. This archetype can win against almost any deck, so it’s definitely worth checking out.

The deck is pretty sweet but it takes a lot of practice. It’s obviously very different in play style, i think once you get the hang of it you’ll see how good it should match ups can be

I didn’t say it was bad, just bad for ladder heh.
And it’s not just weak to board clears, there’s no card draw either. That’s why.

Played some games against Jade Druid. Even got Smuggler’s Run followed by Keleseth on Turns 1 and 2 once.

    Lost every single match. Horribly.

    Must be me. πŸ˜€

I still think that taking out the smuggler’s runs for a geist and a black knight is a good idea.

It would be terrible. You would narrow your buff cards which your WHOLE deck is built around to 3 instead of 5, making your deck strategy extremely unreliable. Smuggler’s run can be used in the early game for early board presence while geist and black knight are late game cards loosing you a ton of tempo.
I reckon you want to specifically target Jade druid with these changes, but let me tell you: You beat JD by tempoing them out, not by removing their threats and beating them in the kate game when they need their additional idols. Your proposed changes would lose you a lot of pressure since your handbuffs are fewer and less reliable which leads to a pretty big tempo loss. Geist is a terrible card to drop against non-jades and won’t do anything even if you’re up against a jade druid due to your playstyle.
The black knight is an option you could rather think about teching in but you can deal with taunts even without it as your minions should be pretty overstatted. Spell breakers do also kind of do what BK does. If you were to tech BK in however, do not take out a core cards like smuggler’s run!
Removing two core cards of a deck for two tech cards is a bad idea and I hope I could explain why.
