Mulligans

General Mulligans

Murloc Tidecaller and Rockpool Hunter were always an amazing start when murlocs started being meta, and they still are. If the Murloc Tidecaller survives the first turn and you have a Rockpool Hunter in hand, that Murloc Tidecaller becomes a 3/3, and if you have any 2 drop murloc, the Murloc Tidecaller is a 2/2. Primalfin Totem get more value the earlier you play it and the more likely it is to survive. This 3 options will be considered good in any of the next mulligans, probably the best, so I feel it is redundant to include them again.

Aggro Mulligans

Bluegill Warrior might help with trades in the early game, becoming strong if their any type of attack buffs on board, like Flametongue Totem,  Grimscale Oracle and Murloc Warleader. Flametongue Totem is extremely good when facing an aggro deck as constant trades make minions cycle through the attack buff. This constant trade provide extreme value as you are trading very small minions into possibly larger minions.

Midrange Mulligans

This two are good against midrange for the same reasons they are good against aggro, however, the Bluegill Warrior may be more valuable as midrange decks tend to have bigger minions.

Combo Mulligans

You should try to kill combo decks as fast as possible, and the reasons behind this choices are very similar to the control ones, as they are both slow decks. Notwithstanding, in this mulligan there is a higher prioity in attack buffs as it means killing you opponent faster.

Control Mulligans

This two minions are low stated minions that provide a lot of value when they are alive and this is more bound to happen when you are facing a control deck.

The first question that might come to mind when you look at this deck is: where is the quest? Well, I personally don’t believe that the quest would fit an aggro deck like this one. When I saw murloc mage being a meta deck, without even having any murloc synergy, I concluded that murlocs are a pretty good neutral tribe. So if mage works with murlocs, why wouldn’t shaman work with murlocs? Shaman has some good murloc synergy like Primalfin totem and Ice fishing and at the same time, has some good aggro cards like Flametongue totem and Bloodlust. This deck is open to refinement, and if you have any suggestions that you believe would improve this deck, please comment below.

I am very confused, you do not even have the mega fin quest in the deck. Why wouldn’t you have it, it’s very helpful.
