Boomsday Malygos Druid

I began playing Malygos Druid in the witchwood expansion and have reached rank 3 with the archetype with a over 55% winrate.

The aim of this deck is to to achieve an otk combo with Malygos and supporting cards. Note that the otk combo does not have to played in aggro/midrange matchups as the deck can win by simply outlasting or outvaluing the opponent.

This version of the boomsday Malygos Druid archetype runs a heap of armor gain and armor synergy to help survive the early/mid game. Ferocious Howl allows for a massive armor burst of optimally 8,9 or 10 mana. It can also upgrade Lesser Jasper Spellstone which is mainly utilised as a solid removal card. Branching Paths and Malfurion the Pestilent also provide armor synergy which is generally used in the mid/late game.

Juicy Psychmelon is included to help draw vital cards to execute the final combo. If played early it is possible to draw a Dreampetal Florist and Malygos. I have not included an 8-drop in this list as I believe The Lich King to be unessential, however can be added if suited in the boomsday meta.

You aim for your Dreampetal Florist to reduce the cost of Malygos to a whopping 2 mana. You then copy the Malygos with Flobbidinous Floop for a total of 6 mana. With the 4 remaining mana, you Swipe + double Moonfire to deal a total of 36 damage. Note that this combo does not even break Twig of the World Tree. However the card is useful for putting the opponent on a clock which can be beneficial in some matchups. Also having 10 extra mana for the combo can allow for even greater burst damage.
