Mulligans
General Mulligans
The early game is the same as most Miracle decks. Fire Fly, Backstab and SI:7 Agent are your best early game tools to stave off aggression. Against slower matchups, use Striders and Elven Minstrel to work towards your game plan. Blink Fox is generally solid as a reasonable turn 3 play. If the rest of your hand looks good and it makes sense to keep it, Prep is often a surprisingly good card to keep, while Edwin VanCleef should be considered only if you have the Coin.Theorycraft on a way to incorporate the new Boomsday cards into a Miracle Burgle shell. This deck has a familiar early game but rather than bursting with Leeroy + Cold Blood, it goes for the value game by drawing to fatigue and wilding out with burgled cards.
It has a lot of cards that are good at many points of the game, but the general game plan is: draw key minions with Minstrel and use Myra’s Unstable Element to custom build a deck. If you need tempo, just shuffle Striders into your deck to get tons of 4/4s. If you need power plays, shuffle Tess into your deck, who should be a lot more powerful after Academic Espionage. The fact that the cards cost 1 gives Auctioneer a lot of potential if you hit a lot of spells.
This deck is obviously waiting to see the rest of the cards Rogue gets, as well as if the meta will be slow enough for this strategy to succeed, or if Rogue will need to tech against aggro more.
If this gets +5 I’ll write up my card choices and my thoughts on matchups, although it’ll all be guesswork, obvi5.
