General Mulligans
Ideally these are your 3 cards you wanna see if you feel you’re not going to be presssured in the early game. Forge of souls is great for deck thinning as well as likely getting your woecleaver. Recruit your party makes it so you start playing big minions sooner rather than later. And I would personally keep the boomship due to its power level (Like keeping oakheart in Druid).
Aggro Mulligans
Only time you ever want to mulligan differently is against decks that rely on early aggression. For these look for the cards that are better for the matchup (warpath almost always, shield slam for rogue etc.) . I also like keeping gather your party as it can potentially stabilize the game 2 turns quicker than without it.
Just a quick big warrior deck I thought of that might be useful post Boomsday drop. The new legendary spell solves a big problem that warrior had being drawing all the big recruit targets (so they can’t be pulled by woecleaver/recruit). Now drawing your big minions has a benefit! If you thought master oakheart for dragon Hatcher was good, try a 9 mana summon 3 powerful legendaries…with rush!!! Still torn between whether to run Dr. Boom or Garrosh. I decided on Garrosh for now because it works better with the deck. Let me know what you guys thanks and would change!
