Boardbuff Paladin ft. Tirion and Wickerflame

Are you sick of enemies actually being able to remove your minions? Worry no more with this incredible Boardbuff Paladin deck ! 

Start your draw off right with the totally not overpowered Righteous Protector and follow it up with a handy dandy shield by Argent Protector. Discovery cards like yo boy Stonehill Defender, yo other boy Hydrologist  and A Light in the Darkness help you customize your fight to your opponent and stay healthily on curve. Bring on the heat early with Wickerflame Burnbristle. Lastly, use the incredible array of totally not broken late game buffs to bring out the best in all your other cards.

Q; Not enough card draw, boy.

A; Not a question, lad, but yes, this deck’s sole card draw is Acolyte of Pain. The good news is that this dude can be buffed enough that you can get a decent body and two to three cards out of each. Coupled with your other minions, this should be enough, unless you wanna squeeze in Hammer of Justice. Also, the 3 Discovery options should cover you.

Q; Quite a lot of buffs. How to interact?

A; The best thing to set up a big counter strategy is to hit Skelemancer with a Taunt, forcing either a Silence or Transform if they don’t want a massive doot to overwhelm them. Defender of Argus and Spikeridged Steed are great options. These cards help keep Cobalt Scalebane in the game, who will annoyingly continue to buff your cards, then Sunborne Val'kyr comes around to give that extra bit of health. Also, everything goes well with Bonemare 

Q; Substitutions?

A; I myself don’t have Tirion Fordring so instead i use The Lich King. I just included him here because despite the fact that the King is wayyy op, Tirion just fits better overall into the Paladin tech, and the weapon included is a great deal just in case.  I also use Deathspeaker instead of Wickerflame Burnbristle because I’m a broke boy, and he sometimes works alright. 

If you have ‘The Ungoro Smasher’ i.e. The Curator and Primordial Drake, feel free to slam that in, because it will give you good late game AOE. Also it’s a little broken, but do note that it may cause Cobalt Scalebane to pop out instead.

Other cool runs to try would be Sunfury Protector instead of Argent Protector. Other 5 drops that would fit in well with this deck are pretty hard to find, but you could also stuff in the very reliable Elise the Trailblazer.
