Now that the Pirate Rogues have succumbed to the Tempo Freeze Mages, it’s time to get serious and break out the Oil Rogue.
You need to pace yourself with this deck, use your combos to flip the board as opposed to trying to be aggressive, until such time as you can generate a lot of damage across a couple of turns with Deadly Poison or Tinker's Sharpsword Oil and Blade Flurry.
Speaking of Blade Flurry, they are how you beat Mage. If they freeze lock you, don’t panic. Keep doing things to make sure you’re not dying to their other minions, and try to set up a Blade Flurry for 6. They’ll suddenly find themselves with nothing and you with a board.
