General Mulligans
Early on you want to stall and survive, so basically any 1-3 cost minions (Excluding Khadgar) should do the trick.
Once you get through the first few turns, you want to start looking at summoning minions and taking over the game.
Simplified, this deck has 3 goals.
Survive the early game, clear the board, and summon big minions.

Meteor ?????
I did have a Meteor but substituted it for Firelands Portal so there was an extra summon, but it’s not a bad idea at all to try and squeeze Meteor in somewhere.
Meteor > blizzard
Good call, I thought the freeze would be helpful to stall but I swapped out a Blizzard for Meteor.
