3 legendaries = not a budget deck, a deck is “budget” when it costs less then 4000-3000 dusts but the deck is very good 🙂
It will be a budget deck if you remove at least Kathrena and Krush for another Vanguard and another Violet Wurm.
I know it is not budget but if you have spell hunter already made is quite cheap, and is rotation proof so is still worth.
