General Mulligans
The decks purpose is to utilize Sea Shill to get cards like Dancing King and Pipsi Painthoof out early and fast. Always mulligan hard to the Sea Shill, and use Knicknack Shack to draw. As the second player, you can get Dancing King out on turn 3, and even a Pipsi out on turn 4. Conniving Conman is overly useful to make copy's of Dancing King, or the Earthen Generation.
