General Mulligans
Against almost every opponent you just want to mulligan into ramp and UI as soon as possible. Against aggressive decks keep early game minions and removal, because if you can survive until late you generally will win.
Versus Priest ONLY: Keep Malfurion. The one and only time I lost against Priest was because I got OTK'd from 37 HP. Use that armor up hero power a couple times and it's unlosable.
Versus Shaman ONLY: Keep Primordial Drake. It's just really damn good at clearing out all their totems and fire flies and all that little garbage. Dropping a drake on em usually results in the shaman conceding. It's costly but it's by far the best card in the matchup so I keep it anyway.
Build your taunt wall, watch it fall, then naturalize your Hadronox and it will rise again!
What is the reason to play this deck?
Personally I have over a 90% winrate vs raza priest with this deck, and over 70% vs jade druid. This deck isn’t great against aggro, but I think it can handle itself well enough to justify playing, considering that you have an incredibly good matchup against the 2nd and 3rd most common decks on ladder.

Why?
Simple reason is that this deck’s primary weakness is dying too early. Veklor can be a really strong card vs aggro, but Tar Creeper helps much earlier on in the game and is more consistent.
I’ve been very unimpressed with Klaxxi Amber-Weaver. It’s an amazing card vs priest, but this deck has a very easy time beating priests with or without it. You rarely have the 10/10 C’Thun on turn 4, due to the nature of Twighlight Elder only buffing +1/1 the turn he comes down, meaning Klaxxi is usually a bad card to play on curve. It is stronger late game but his impact is rarely needed as badly later on. Tar Creeper’s just a really good card and this deck’s weakness is aggro anyway so I went all in on it.
This is a fun deck to play.

I think Crypt Lord is kinda weak because whilst it’s good v aggro (warlocm zoo, evolve shaman, tempo mage etc) it doesnt seem to put up a lot of pressure against Priest and Tempo Rogue. Agaisnt such decks the list is very strong already having so much ramp and 2 Primordial Drakes so I recommend Twin Emperor (which is usually an auto-include in C’Thun decks) and because both twins are brought back with Hadronox + they have 4 attack. For this reason 1 Klaxxi is dope, just makes priest use up all its removal on it!
Also I like to play the deck in a more tempo/curvestone fashion so I think there’s just a bit too much ramp. Playing Crazed Worshipper is pretty nice.
Thanks for the feedback! I don’t actually have Twin Emperor yet but I’ve been enjoying this deck so much I might bite the bullet and craft him. I definitely agree that at least 1 klaxxi amber weaver is a great include with all the priest on ladder right now.
