Also, potential to high-roll with plot twist to get tons of stuff, including Leeroy and then a ton of random deathrattles. Also, Elekk reshuffles your hand TWICE when you use plot twist.

You can basically just survive the early game with the couple of one drops and Lackey generation, then you move into the ultimate meme combo mode of using Bertrug and Plot Twist/Soularium
