Mulligans
This deck counters the current meta (weeks before the Witchwood premiere). The idea behind this set of cards is to:
1. Clear the board in your favor.
2. Gain a lot of armor in order to survive against Control decks.
3. Inflict damage to your own minion in order to activate your offensive bonus effects.
Keep Animated Berserker in your opening hand. It combines well with cards like Val'kyr Soulclaimer for early aggression, Armorsmith to survive in the early game against Paladins, or Acolyte of Pain to fill up your hand. Animated Berserker is also very useful on turn 9 to activate the Enrage of your Grommash Hellscream.
You win most of the time when you get the initiative with pumped Frothing Berserker-s. Your big finisher guys are Leeroy Jenkins and Grommash Hellscream.
Rotface is there to add some luck-based threats, but you can sub it to whatever you feel you’re lacking. Maybe Harrison Jones would be a good option.
Bloodhoof Brave and The Lich King are your defensive cards that can save you if things get rough in late game.
In conclusion, don’t rush your turn. Take time and try to get as much as possible from your “whirls” by spells or minion effects. Keep in mind your 3 goals, listed above: Board Clear, Armor, Bonus effects.
