This deck, obviously, isn’t 100% refined. But I do believe that some variant utilizing maximum value from Master's Call will become a high-tier2/tier1 deck. Some changes I might add:
1. Vicious Fledgling is just there simply for its insane snowball potential in some matchups. It doesn’t really have much synergy with the deck other than it’s a beast. The first card I’ll probably cut is this.
2. Not sure if silence is as important, but if not, then I’ll also swap Ironbeak Owl for a Deadly Shot.
3. This deck is fantastic against wide boards, but not tall. If the meta is slow enough, I might cut a single Scavenging Hyena or a Unleash the Hounds for more late-game tools, or better hard removals. (Hunter's Mark Deadly Shot)
