Mulligans
This deck just brought me smoothly from 15 to 10 with a 16-7 (70% wins) score.
How it works:
Slow up your opponent until turn 5 comes, if you reach turn 5 you are likely going to win.
________________________________________________________________
will likely give you a Voidlord on turn 5-6, by either going Dark Pact or smashing the little guy on something; this will stop almost every aggro.
________________________________________________________________
Clean with it on a early turn 2-3, buying you precious time.
________________________________________________________________
This little guy slows up your opponents a lot and is also the best body to protect yourself on early game avoiding a disappointing recruitment later on from Master Oakheart
________________________________________________________________
Bringing Voidlords, Dragonhatchers, Deathwing Dragonlords and Lackeys to the coolest parties.
________________________________________________________________
Get back your deathwing and your original Voidlords, plus the one that may have come from Barnes and the ones resummoned by Gul’Dan, plus the lackeys it basically fills the board with consistent bodies. If you get 4 Voidlord you get 46 mana value with a 10 mana drop.
________________________________________________________________
It can either give you a Possessed Lackey or a Dragonhatcher, in both cases you get tons of value with it.
________________________________________________________________
This deck has 14 cards that are 7+ mana, use it on turn 4 for a very likely strong 5th turn drop, or on turn 9 (4+5) if you need to turn the tables of the match.
________________________________________________________________
One of your greatest anti-aggro tool, it buys you time and can also activate the Possessed Lackey. If you are playing against priest it’s good to use the combo on turn 6, avoiding silence and madness.
I think with decks like this we are really starting to see the value of cheating minions out early. I really like the idea of the turn 4 bright-eyed scout. Really good use of wax elemental too so it doesn’t mess up your big turn 9 play. Do you find you have enough early game options? Or single target removal?
Good point. Once I got up to 9 the Barnes randomness felt a bit off, I’m trying now with more early spells, since i felt many times the need of a mortal coil more than a defensive minion. If you put Medivh in this deck you can use his weapon to get advantage of the 5 mana mortal coils drawn by the bright-eyed scout, so you can get back the value that you are losing somewhere else, kinda like Rin. Still experimenting though, I’m afraid Medivh is too high on mana for a minion that is not going to be summoned in any other way, it’s also probably worth trying even more dragons, will see. I will update the deck when having some more consistent results. Thanks for the feedback 🙂
