General Mulligans

These are the basic control tools, we don't have much anti aggro, but this encompasses most of our big and early game counters. You also want our main big minion cheat card, gather your party, and Barnes, just hope you don't get rotface!

Behold, big warrior! Warriors for too long have been primarily aggro for fatigue, and now we introduce a new warrior meta!

The goal is simple, cheat out your bigger minions as soon as possible and survive until you can.

What kobolds brings to the table is plenty of armor, and with it, a board clear to help the deck against aggro.

The game plan

The first and most difficult part of this deck is surviving, as stated above. To do that, we have armor and more armor. For three mana we can gain 10 armor and deal 10 damage to a single minion, or for five mana we can deal 10 damage to all minions by sacking the armor from bring it on into a reckless fury. We also pack the whirlwind sleep with the fishes combo as a smaller and lets costly board clear.

Warrior doesn’t have many cheating methods, but one of the big ones it has is Gather Your Party. Generally recognized as a bad card, it is very good at pumping out full health big minions despite its high mana cost. Woecleaver although incredibly expensive also helps us cheat out big minions at a 1 per turn rate.

The legendaries are all pretty standard minus geosculptor yip ( that armor synergy though) and rotface. Why rotface? A reasonable person may ask, why not something with some actual synergy in the deck? Well, you see, he’s rotface. Nuff said.

Add barnes, about 5/6 of your big minions are good targets for barnes (+turn 6 barnes into geosculptor and bring it on PogChamp). Sometimes you’ll lowroll and joy barnes with gather your party, but that’s not likely and you’ll probably mull for barnes anyway

Sure, I was considering him originally. But i wondered if gather our party was worth the risk, 6 mana is a lot for a 3/4. It most often is though I suppose, as long as he doesn’t pull rotface!
