The issue is that without Anka your Anubisaths become way too clumsy and there’s no card to replace their relationship. If you draw the Anubisaths before the Apothecaries the Apothecaries become useless and youre stuck with no deck synergy till turn 9 and 10 on top of that. Even if you draw the Apothecaries first, the lack of Anka will mean you will skip out on multiple potential +3/+3s.
Still, if you wanna give it a shot I’d suggest some form of draw like shiv or fok or Evil Miscerrant or Magic Carpet.

Personally I recommend the whelp version of this. It got me to rank 12 thus far and i find it more fun as well. Your choice tho
