Deck is really fun, but is just so inconsistent. It can have some really crazy draws, but there are other times where you just draw all of your zero drops and are left with 1/1s and totems which really sucks. From my brief experience with the deck, I would say that you really need to mulligan aggressively and fight for those nut draws.
High priority –
Murkspark eel – just absolutely insane tempo and can swing a game by itself
Knife Juggler – Really high synergy with the rest of the deck
Flametongue Totem – one of the best cards in the deck as the deck wouldn’t be playable without it
Direwolf Alpha – Very good with the rest of the deck.
Low priority –
Zap – Really good tempo card and the overload isn’t really much of an issue with this deck
Earthen might – Not a great card but fine in this deck. A 2 mana +2/+2 is fine in almost every standard meta but works really well with this deck
Card changes/alternative options
Crazed alchemist – with as many taunts and doomsayers on the ladder, i feel like this card deserves at least a one, if not two of. Even if it’s a dead card against the opponent, it can still be used to buff your own minions with cards like flametongue totem.
Underwhelming cards –
Totemic might – while yes, it does have some applications in this deck, I feel as though even when I cast it, I don’t need to use it. If I ever have that many totems that I need to buff, I’ve probably already won or am close to it.
Defender of Argus – While he does everything that you want him to, I feel like his buff is just a bit underwhelming.
I am currently trying Cryostasis as a one of. Giving a taunt totem +3/+3 seems pretty alright. Freezing your own minion sucks as it takes forever before it’s able to attack, but a 3 mana 3/5 taunt can really slow down some aggressive decks (granted, a bit of rng is involved)
Deck is terrible, no reach with things like Bloodlust, I literally dropped 8 straight games. Can’t even come close to beating any of the spiteful decks and has a 0% chance versus Warlock or any Paladin deck. Said I’d play the game till I won, and lucked out and beat a Priest who never drew a duskbreaker.
I win all matches (7) for now with this deck… (Rank 5).
I changed only Dark Iron Wolf with Sneaky Devil
All aggressive even lists for all classes can and probably will use 0-drops. Synergy with strong 2-drops like Juggler and Dire Wolf (and class ones like flametongue) for a deck that isn’t allowed to run 1-drops is pretty good.
The aisle and penguin lol. Also first deck with nat pagle in years. I gotta try this because I have everything.
