Burrowing scorpid is mostly in cause I had trouble finding a good card in the 4 mana slot, it can also provide that little extra face damage with either its battlecry or its high attack statline.

Diligent notetaker is mostly used for finishing combos with doomhammer or burnspells.

Totems are in mostly because totemic reflection is nutty. Trick totem can be changed to evil totem if it turns out to be trash.
