the only reason i have Shudderwock and Grumble is that I'm scared of Gnomefaratu
Card choice
- Obvious, not special, value, choices: Zap!, doomsayer, healing rain, lighting storm, mana tide totem, volcano, Hagatha
- Balefull banker: useful for redoing failed OTK’s, gives the deck a very strong safety button, Use primarily on Shudderwock
- murmuring elemental: probably the most important card in the deck, play before most battle cries, focus on life drinker, Zola and Shudderwock (if grumbled (one cost))
- Brewmaster: just like Banker he gives a bit of fall back, use on Grumble and shudder
- farsight: hope you get combo pieces, it will be the biggest high-roll ever
- voodoo: is essentially just there for the removal, see how it works out
- zola: use on grumble most of the time, if it is grumbled(costs one) use it on shudderwock
- Life drinker: the major OTK card of the deck, play liberally as long as you have a way to recur it, try to get as many battlecry’s of this creature as you can during the game, it will also keep you alive as it heals you all the while.
- sandbinder: gets your combo pieces, I’m toying with cutting mana tide for another of these.
- Chain Gang: its battlecry gives you two Shudderwocks so using grumble after is bonkers, taunts for the mid-game
- grumble: the #1 card in the deck, if you can grumble into grumble on board (thanks to Zola) you basically win the game as you can play him after Shudderwock and if you’ve played Chain gang before you’ll have more than one Wock in play
- shudderwock: nothing really that I didn’t touch on previously, is best played when you have a way to get his ability more than once
The main idea is that you activate as many lifedrinker battlecry’s as possible (you only need five with alextrasza) and then play Shudderwock.
I’ll give a guide for play after I test it more.

Good deck. Hex might be better than voodoo doll, but it needs to be tested. Also, Harrison Jones might be good for the card draw and the weapon destruction, and it still won’t draw you cards when playing Shudderwock.
Two major consistency problems: wock battlecries triggers in random order so the only way to be 100% sure to have a copy back is to cast murmuring before him. This is achievable with coin or with fire plume something. The second is you risk overdraw
how would casting murmuring before give you a copy back 100%. I’m mostly just curios
and I believe if you were to overdraw it would likely involve you winning in the next turns (you’d get multiple Shudderwocks in your hand.
murmuring grants you a second run of all the battlecries so no matter the order there will be a copy of wock to be bounced back, only Hagatha’s battlecry being tricky
The overdraw is still due to Hagatha’s passive as it will fill the hand with spells

I think I’m going to leave her in as the overdraw will be a work around, and I believe the idea of more board wipes is worth it.
the main problem I see is getting useless cards that you can’t or don’t want to play because of overload or creature restrictions.
Also I think- but not sure- that her battlecry hits also the wock for 3. I would kinda prefer primeval here

He then corrected himself later on saying it was random, also the forum says it is random
this won’t work because alex target will be random, also because you would need to cast alex before all the other battlecries. In that case alex is useless because if you already are going this far to cast five lifedrinkers, that already is 15 damage so casting wock alone should be enough.
I know, I noticed that after that the damage was enough anyway.
You do realise Alextraza could heal your opponents back after he has been damaged by lifedrinker battlecries? Great deck otherwise.

Lol because of Alex you can never OTK. Even if you play Alex first. And even if you played booth lifedrinkers after. Your openent will allways end up on 8 health no matter how many times you repeat the combo. This deck does not run cards that deal that last 8 damage since the grumble battlycry will allways clean the board. And Alex will always set his health back to 15 when you replay shudder. And murmuring Elemental only works for the next battlecry so the minion after shudder, it does not work for shudder himself. And if you play shudder 2x in a turn. The second one will most likely do his entire battlecry order twice. As if you played him 2x or 3x actualy… Meaning he brings him down to 8 and than sets it back to 15 and blasts him to 8 again.
It’s better to remove alex and play shudder on turn 9 and play shudder 10 times on turn 10. But for this to work you might have to cut alot of useless battlycry’s because it will slow down the animation. And animation time is important when you have to play this 10 times before your turn is over. XD
Oops the Alex battlecry is random, so in that case it’s an rng turn. if you OTk him…
Exactly!. He or she has to play first alextraza and them the rest of lifedrinkers. Not good.
