It’s Control, its combo, its Lyra-ish, its got tempo and a midrange mana curve. Hemet ,Jungle Hunter and Archbishop Benedictus are up for disenchant, but when put together, create a deck stealing priest. I took that further with Kazakus, sure Hemet can do combos and kill cards, but it also can activate Kazakus and Raza the Chained.
The deck has three simple phases.
Control Phase: Try to keep tempo, or at least keep the board clear your 1-3 cost spells and minions.
Combo/Transition Phase: Get out Hemet (or don’t if Aggro opponent) and guarantee a strong transition with Shadowreaper Anduin, Elise the Trailblazer, Kazakus, and Raza the Chained. Your 0 cost Voidform will finish the game soon enough with help from…
Benedictus Stage: Now that you just made a bunch of crazy plays back to back and have an Un’goro pack and OP hero power, Archbishop Benedictus is fuels the rest for victory.
Thing to consider replacing for budget are Lyra the Sunshard and the Awaken the Makers deathrattle package.
It’s a 12k dust deck so its not for the light of heart, but is solid and has a one up against other Control decks. No winrates cause I don’t stream and none of that, but I say about 60%. Plus when the nerfs hit, Kazakus Priest is one of the big contenders for reaching the top, so being able to one up normal Kazakus priests is very valuable.

I Crafted Hemet yesterdays, for my hard earned dust.
Since I had Benedictus already I been feeling that I have to try this combo.
So been googling all day, playing all kinds of broken Highlander decks…
And I was almost starting to regret my craft.
However this deck has just given me some of the Most Epic HS games ever.
When You get it all right this is a Dream to play…
Going all aggro until turn six, then dropping Hemet, then Combo play and then Bene…
Before I know It I am running a elemental mage deck instead… Only I get to shoot my Machine Gun as well. 😀

Make’s this way more inconstant than the Singleton ‘highlander’ versions.
Sorry to hear that, I think the greatest trouble you’ve been having is just bad draw luck, I built the mana curve to be more midrange to try and eliminate those situations.
If it continues to be a problem, try adding more singletons of less neccassary lower cost cards in my deck list like stonehill defenderor maybe throw in a coldlight oracle instead of one of the acolytes of pain. Also try doing a nzoth package with bone drake and other goodies if thats more your style. Before I got benedictus, I was using a n’zoth package
