Mulligans
General Mulligans
The five cards that you would like to always mulligan for are the 1 drops. Remember always use your enhanced hero power at turn 2 even when you have 1 drops to use on turn 2. Hench clan is a great 3 drop to keep because you always have at least a 3 cost 4/4 due to the hero power you should use during turn 2.
Aggro Mulligans
Tar Creeper is a great taunt to slow down aggros especially earlier on like turn 3. SI:7 agent is only good with the exception of having the coin or having a 1 drop that you spare to use on turn 4.
Control Mulligans
Vicious fledgling is good because it demands an immediate answer from the opponent or fear losing the game due to it. Fungalmancer is a keep against control only if you have coin in hand. Vilespine is a keep against deck such as priest or hunter who have pretty big minions and it is advised to have coin when you mulligan vilespine as well.
