Mulligans
Hello!
I’ve just reached legend with this deck. Used Deck tracker from rank 5-4 to Legend https://imgur.com/a/171UyfD
66% win rate
Decisions:
- I prefer Hellfire instead of the opera lady because most of the times I would be left with them in my hand with no effect. Our minions are rather sticky once they reach the board and her effects isn’t always activable. Hellfire is just so much more reliable. It also helps triggering the slime thingy and usually you have the weapon equipped and don’t take dmg
- NO TWISTING nethers. You don’t want to know ho wmany times I died with 2 twisting nethers in my hand. It’s just too overkill, we have gigafin/sargeras already
- Immolate: Really a great card. Good vs Warriors, warlocks and control decks that like to keep their big minions in hand at mulligan. Use it a bit early but with a high amount of cards in oponent hands to maximize discarded cards. It also forces the noponent to change their plays to they don’t lose value from cards.
- Twisting tether: Really dont know why I SAW NO CONTROL WARLOCK PLAY IT. Very good with Forge of Wills to get a big stas minion.
- Scourge supplies. I think two of these are overkill, you are left with them in sometimes and don’t do that much. One is enough
- Defile: You can actually consider removing this. There really are not that many 1 health minions in the game right now, just from paladin maybe. You just dont see health diversity anymore, its either all small or all big minions. I Kept one just in case.
DK: If they are Plague, try too hold onto ETC with the cleaner card until he uses up most of his plagues (the 40 card deck also helps). Against control DK, useDirty rats a bit before his turn 7so he cant double his minions stats. 80-90%wr
Warrior: try to keep dirty rats and Symphony. Try the best you can to discard or get his Odyn into the bord, it’s instant concede for them. If you cannot just use sargeras with taunts ability and its gg. Keep your health high, sometimes hurting your own minion for health helps. Use immmolate before turn 5 since theyusually keep their odyn and you”l discard it by the time it can get played. I’d say 80-90%wr
Demon Hunters: TBH i played 3 games against them and they destroyed me in every one of them. Good you don’t quite see them as often since they get beaten by other decks. 0%wr
Mage: Keep your health as high as possible AT ALL TIMES. Use Symphony to discard their deck and dirty rats after turns 6. They have few minions so its a big chance you get her with dirty rat. Pretty bad matchup since they can OTK you, around 30-40%wr
Priest: Just concede vs Priest, games can take 30 mins and they will just steal your best card and clear your board, literally no win chance and very frustrating games. 10%wr
Druid : Here the loss of big board clears like Twisting nether shows, but I think it’s an okay trade overall. Around 30%wr, depends on their draws
Warlock: Out of my 44 games, 34% were warlocks. Your will most of the times see the same deck with the 1 mana mech and master ookani. Be greedy with your sargeras since they don’t use twisting nethers and usually the last sargeras played wins. DO NOT USE minion related ABILITIES FROM THE SARGERAS YOU COPIED FROM YOUR OPONET WITH REVERBERATIONS (Your can use the send all minion to the twisting nether one) they will apply for your oponent. I believe this decks fairs well against most 30card locks. 60%wr
Rogue: Most of them are mech, some are concoctions. Keep Reverberations and every early board clear you can. They can kill you in 4th turn so be very generous with your cards, dont be greedy at all if you can. Around 50% wr.
Shaman: You will beat most shaman players that play the totem variation (use HELLFIRE). Against spell dmg and control shamans its like 50%wr.
Paladin: Mortal eradication is your best friend here. 60%WR
Hunter: Get every early board clear you can. Try to maximize your healing. Around 50%WR
