Congratulations to Dog for beating nearly 300 players (including over 30 Grandmasters) from around the world and getting all the way to the finals, then taking it 3-1 against Gallon. He has taken home over $100,000 prize, and proven that his Grandmaster title is not just for showing.

The Boar must be SN1P-SN4P
So many Boars … what’s with those?
Must be a bug in the deckbuilder
Sorry, it was ~3 am when I was posting the decks last night and I was too tired to check them thoroughly. As it turns out, SN1P-SN4P part of the code was broken and it didn’t display. Decks are fixed now.
Cool. Thanks!
5 Mages, 2 Warriors, 1 Rogue in the top 8. Very different from ladder, where Mage struggles vs Hunter and Shaman.
I don’t have stats for class representation in the Specialist format, but my impression is that Rogue, Warrior and Mage are dominant. It’s not good to always see the same matchups, but it’s hard to balance for ladder play and for the specialist format simultaneously. I doubt we’ll see a lot more variety in Specialist until the August expansion, though.
