Bad stats for 2 mana, no tribal synergy, needs to combo the same turn else it’ll die, most combo cards are either situational or bad. Just run the burgle package instead. 1/5

The pool of cards she pulls from is just filled with too much crap for this to see play. 2/5.

I mean, she is hot, but i will say what i always say.
Welcome to rogue my friends, were tempo is the only allowed way, while we receive stated value minions, and over costed spells.

Now, Unlike Underbelly Angler were you want to play it as soon as possible, for you to save it up for when you have at least 2 other Murlocs to get some form of Synergy, I feel like Whirlkick Master is the Exact opposite, were you want to play this card when you have 10 Mana, and a Cheap combo card, such as Eviscerate for example. Rouge Decks comes in all shapes and sizes, sure, but I feel like even if it does give you a Combo minion, this one wants to be used for either a Miracle or Control Rouge-style Deck. Maybe even Midrange Rouge. Rouge wants to pop off with Value more than anything with this card, so they want to strike when the time is right, or they have to use it as an Emergency early response. We have not seen A card like this before where you flip Underbelly Angler upside down, so it will be interesting to see what deck Rouge is going to use. Even if it is Pirate Combo but a card was replaced by Whirlkick. 3 Stars.

P.S. Have fun with Kidnapper, lul

Should be fun to experiment with, but the problem is that there are some reeeeally bad combo cards

Can at least run a single copy of head crack in the deck long as trigger combo it will stay in your hand for times when draw this. Works best in late game for generating value though.

People have been trying to make a value rogue deck work since WotOG, and it’s never panned out. I don’t see this being the card that changes that. 2/5

It’s mana cyclone in reverse… you play this first then your spells/minions.

Not sure if it’s good enough but I really like it. Slapping this down on 10 mana with some preps could be pretty scary…that is until you get 3 raiding parties off it.

This card is pretty bad because a 1/2 is bad tempo and you can’t expect it to stick. Most combo cards that you run in your deck at 2 or 3 mana, and ones you randomly generate would usually be 3 mana, meaning you can’t really “go off” with this card like you can with Underbelly Angler or Lyra. Even as a turn 10 play it’s unlikely you’ll be able to play this and chain 3 combo cards together, and that late in the game rogue is either already losing or doing more powerful nonsense.

HOWEVER, since it’s a 2 drop, you can generate it off Faceless Lackey and occasionally get value from it, and it dilutes the 2 drop pool for non-Rogue lackey classes. So in that way it might see some amount of play. I guarantee there will be a Trolden clip of someone generating this and using it to chain 6 Eviscerates for lethal or something.

Obviously it’s going to get support (just like mana cyclone got ray of frost and magic trick)

This is really more of a 10-mana card lol, it’s not like Angler (where the cards are cheap and the body is durable) or Lyra (where you could discount the cards with Radiant Elemental and get a real chain going). Pretty sure Rogue doesn’t need this at all right now, maybe after Myra’s and Academic Espionage rotates she’ll be more interested in lategame card generation.

Ability is not strong enough to make up for its weak body. Maybe if we saw some 0-mana combo cards this could be good, but until then this is not a good card. 2/5

It’s not bad a card and when think about it with a card like this rogue may include a copy of headcrack combo of that returns it to hand so you could technically always have at least 1 combo card to use with this. In my opinion this is the support headcrack was looking for 2 damage for 3 Mana doesn’t sound so bad if it can give another combo card and if it’s later game may be able to play that card and get another combo. So if get to late game just 2 cards and you could likely generate 2 more combo cards and still get headcrack back.

This is kinda like Lyra of combo cards, you’re going to want to spam combo cards this generates for incredible value! Sounds awesome on paper but…

Unlike with Lyra there is no real way to reduce the costs of the combo cards and combo cards generally are way too costy to spam even 2-3 of them this way. The minion won’t stick in board with those stats so you kinda wanna cast it as a combo enabler and then use a few combo cards… And then get a Kidnapper or Crazed chemist and cry because there is no chain. It’s such a waste and this a shame cause Rogue just got nerfed to ground and has identity problems but Blizzard isn’t making up to it one bit… sigh.

This care can give you Edwin, evil miscreant and evicerate so that’s a plus. Maybe it should be used to just gain some extra value? The RNG just isn’t consistent enough to put this in your deck.. ugh. 1.5/5.

It’s a bit slow for rogue, if it was 1 mana, it was broken, but now I think it’s to weak to make the cut.
