The taunt effect doesn’t mean much on c’thun. If the enemy cant kill it with spell/bgh, he is screwed anyway.
Well, if you’re low and some of your opponents board somehow survived C’thun, the taunt might save you from getting bursted down (will also stop charge minions).
More importanty, if you just dropped a 16/16 C’thun you want to start going and put your opponent ona 2-3 turn timer. If your opponent can force you to clear his board by threatening lethal he can effectively shut down your C’thun for several turns, potentially drawing into either lethal or removal.
So ya, I’d say this is really good for a C’thun deck.
