The “vanilla” card draw for 4 mana is 2/4 (Gnomish Inventor), so it’s already a bit better with one more attack. And that one more attack really matters, because lots of the early game cards right now have 3 health and not 2. On top of that, tutoring a specific card is usually better than just drawing. That’s the reason why Sandbinder is played in Shudderwock Shaman (to draw Grumble, Worldshaker) instead of Gnomish Inventor. Which means that this card has two advantages over a regular card draw.
However, for a tutor card to be good, you need to find a deck which actually WANTS to tutor the cards this thing draws. Right now, the main issue is the number of 5+ mana Shaman Spells in standard. There are exactly four (after Boomsday): Bloodlust, Volcano, Eureka! and Lesser Sapphire Spellstone. Luckily, each of those cards is something you want to tutor. Bloodlust in Midrange/Token decks, Volcano in Control decks, Eureka in Combo/Big decks (or whatever decks it will be played in) and Spellstone in Overload decks. We’re also waiting for the Shaman’s Legendary spell, which also has a significant chance to be 5+ mana (every other spell revealed so far is). The main issue I have with this one is the fact that if you run only two copies of 5+ mana spell, then it becomes a little inconsistent. Even with one copy of Storm Chaser, there is a chance to draw both before this guy, let alone two.
No doubt that the effect is powerful, and I believe that it will be played in the decks that really want to draw those 5+ mana spells. However, unless a certain decks puts 4+ of them (like Overload Shaman does already, actually), one copy of this will most likely be enough, just like Shudderwock Shaman runs only a single Sandbinder. Still, if you find the right deck, this card can be really, really good.

Why does this look so much like a jade? Seems like they recycled some art from mean streets of gadgetzan :p
It’s probably from the same artist and that artist was probably given a similar description to Jade Spirit. Plus, a lot of elementals have really rather similar features such as no legs and three or four fingers on each hand. I can almost guarantee you if this also was not colored with green and had smaller eyes, the resemblance would not be as strong.
Both are pandaren spirits, a type of elemental from Pandaria. They’re something you see occasionally in MOP in Warcraft.

Because those are from the same “species”, if you can call them such. This one is based on Pandaren Water Spirit (http://www.wowhead.com/npc=66950/pandaren-water-spirit). There are also Air, Earth and Fire Spirits, and they all look similar.
Jade Spirit is not a thing in WoW, but the Jade “gang” was heavily inspired by Panderans, so they created a card based on those Spirits, but with Jade instead of one of the Elements.
And to be fair, they don’t even look that alike. It’s like showing two different orcs or even human and saying that they look so much alike. Of course they do, they have two legs, two feet, a nose etc. but those are the basic features of the species.

Malygos shaman tutor for Eureka!?
You can run this along with Sandbinder in Overload Shaman to help draw your combo more consistently, it synergizes with Shaman’s new legendary, it even has a decent body to contest the board with. I’m kind of scared of Bloodlust shenanigans though.
I think that if they the new legendary spell is about buffing minions or something like that aggro shaman is easy tier 1

There’s already Bloodlust. You wouldn’t need anything else.
4th Elemental out of 4 cards revealed for shaman so far, they really want to push the archetype. Overall a strong card, good body for the cost and the effect with the Elemental tag put on top basically for free.
The elemental tag on half of the card revealed would probably not see much play in Elemental Shaman decks and has to do more with the set theme for Shaman than an outright attempt to make specifically Elemental Shaman competitive.
Thunderhead is more of Token/Aggro card seeing as its text as little to do with what an Elemental Shaman would want to do, and Storm Chaser is more of a consistency tool for either Control for Volcano or Aggro for Bloodlust than anything for the elemental decks.
Lots of different applications + guaranteed card draw + an above average body for what it does. This seems like a pretty good card.
Well hopefully shamen isn’t that good overall so I don’t have to deal with bloodlust 24-7.
Volcano and spellstone might be worth too

Is it me or does this thing look likes jade spirit?
Is it just me or does the art look like a jade from mean streets of gadgetzan?
I can see the merit in aggro, with drawing a guaranteed bloodlust, but will this also see play in shudderwock combo, to draw volcano removal and thin out the deck?

soooo good holy shit. Great in arena too
Volcano, Bloodlust, Sapphire Spellstone, Eureka… and we still haven’t seen the legendary Shaman Spell. Good tutoring targets, and it can curve if played on 4 to play the drawn card on 5. Stats are also great for 4 mana (normally it’s a 2/4, see Gnomish Inventor and Sandbinder). All in all, 4/5 stars card.

being its a legend spell i think good chances, plus it feels like they are building to it, either way this card is very very good
It’s going to be hard to compete with Bloodlust generally in an aggro deck and unless it’s going to be a boardwipe combined with card generation of some sort, I doubt whatever they came up with for Control Shamans will be better than Volcano.
I said it COULD curve out, not that it would. If you run an Aggro deck with Bloodlust, Doomhammer and Leeroy as finishers, then playing ghis card on 4 WILL curve out to Bloodlust always, so it’s definitely powerful

Tutor for Overload Shaman too. Deck is already fun to play, this just makes it better.
