Better than Razorfen Hunter as the Beast Synergy is on the 2/3 rather than the 1/1 … but not much better. Token Druid might get some use out of it at a push, maybe.
For Hunter it curves into Houndmaster if the 2/3 survives – but it’s so much worse, as a 3 drop, than Bearshark or Animal Companion.
Bearshark and Animal Companion are both Hunter Class, this is nuetral so its available to ALL classes and NOT supposed to only synergize with Hunter. This is actually better than Razorfen Hunter for that reason!
I _did_ say it was better … just not much better – and that token Druid might get some use out of it maybe (with Mark of Y’Shaarj).
The Giant Rat token is also 3 cost so this is also better with Evolve Shaman – you get two 4-mana minions rather than a 4 and a 2.
Doesn’t stop it being a bad 3 drop in Hunter.
Then maybe dont use it in Hunter, not trying to sound rude though, just saying because for example how people compare Void Ripper as a Warlock card since its a Demon but its obviously meant for Priest as a substitute for Confuse.

Also with Brann Bronzebeard or Murmering Elemental, it would summon two 2/3 Giant Rats instead of one.
How is this rated so high? it’s literally just razorfen hunter but it’s worse off evolve and very slightly better to evolve.
Well the difference between this and Razorfen is that the big minion is a beast, which I think is a pretty big difference. Still doesn’t make the card that good
