2 mana discover Smite and give it 2/2
This card is actually pretty good. in an aggro deck you will get to chose your next draw and give it +2/+2
It also work well with the 2/1 that handbuff. Preferably play little minions to get the most tempo out of it!
A card that makes your deck worse unless a condition is met (this getting cariel handbuffed) isn’t good.
This needs to be at least at +2/+2 to be playable and even that seems like it is pushing it.
