I am imagining my Possessed Villager + Coin + Reveler on turn 1 (if I go 2nd), having a 1/1 and a 3/3 on the opponent’s 2nd turn. That is good.

Voidwalker + Coin + Flame Imp is better since you put more stats out on the board 4 of them with taunt and has been around since the beginning.

Fantastic Wild format card, if that’s your thing. Zoo is just as strong in Wild as it was before Power Overwhelming was rotated out.

Standard? Remains to be seen. Not enough Eggs or food. The only strong combo I see with it right now is Possessed with Sanguine on turn 1/2. A 3/3 and 1/1 that early is pretty strong, but I don’t think it’s enough for Lock to win on.

Keep an eye on this one as more cards are revealed.

I doubt this will see play too much play in wild. Power Overwhelming, Void Terror, Defender of Argus, and the 4/4 that adapts twice is better with the eggs unless you really want to turbo out that 5/5 or 4/4, which you may want to. However, turn 2 Nerubian Egg turn 3 Void Terror puts more stats on the board than turn 3 egg + Terror. Sure that frees up your turn two to do whatever, but I’m not convinced that’ll warrant a spot or two in the already crowed Zoolock wild deck.

As far as standard is concerned, Zoolock already can have a 1/3 with taunt and a 3/2 on turn one going second, which is better than a 1/1 + 3/3, and right now that isn’t strong enough for the deck.

    Possessed villager –> Coin –> reveler = 1/1 minion + 3/3 1st turn

If you want to play a 2 mana 4/4, just play milhouse!
Surely nothing can go wrong, right?

      Voidwalker -> Coin -> Flame Imp = 1/3 with Taunt + 3/2 1st turn

It seems that they focus more on wild than in standard.
In standard this card isn’t good enough to bring back zoolock, but in wild is insanely good.
I think Blizz overdid it with the focus on that format… Most tcg games that have similar formats don’t focus on “traditional” (aka wild for blizz) formats. The reason is that they want players to buy new packs and play more with new cards. Also, players don’t love big card pools with many “broken” cards.
Anyway, 5/10 in standard 7/10 in wild for this warlock card.

P.S.> Warlock and Hunter atm still seems uncompetitive in standard. 🙁

Remember when a 3/2 1 drop used to deal three damage to your hero? Now you get a 3/3 for sacrificing another one drop…

If anything, that is arguably worse. If you are making a rush deck you are going to need every minion you can get to deal as much damage to the enemy hero as quickly as possible. You don’t really need to worry about your health since chances are you can deal damage to them faster or they have gotten control of the board which you aren’the likely to get back. If you are making a control deck then chances are you won’t have many 1 cost minions and there are very few other minions that are worth less than a mere +2/+2 to a single minion.

Use those tokens to make a bigger guy could activate eggs or other deathrattle minions.

6/10 maybe zoo has a way back into the meta and it will be a higher rating for me but 6/10 is the most ill give it now.

Yeah – this card looks fun, but I would give this a big maybe for ladder decks. After all, I don’t see Void Terror a lot these days. Most Zoolocks I run into don’t really want to bust their own Deathrattles; that tends to play right into board clears and spot removal.

My zoo deck will finally have some chance to live again in the current meta. Tons of upside on this card and little downside. I predict a nerf in a matter of weeks.

It’s good, but you have to have the right setup. Assuming you draw the egg turn 3 it’s great. But say your opponent kills the egg. Then you have the devilsaur yes, but this is a dead card. Late game you’ll have bigger minions and fewer tokens in standard anyway and this just sits dead in hand. Remember the battlecry is not optional. Play this and something has to die. It works great with possessed villager. If you don’t have the right opening, it loses value turn over turn.

Oh boy Blizzard just f’d up. This card is pretty much equal to corpsetaker in wild. Wayyyy to many good synergies, for both Aggro, Control, and Tempo. Imma just list off everything you can do with this card. And set a 1 minute timer to write and think total. Go
    1) All 3 Death Eggs
    2) All baby 1/1 imps
    3) Sylvanas
    4) Exp Sheep
    5) Deathwing dragonlord (dragon lock instead of Demon lock
    6) Chillmaw
Ok out of time but I already see two new deck archetypes for Warlock this card is just stupidly good. Time for me to go build it…

This is a perfect egg activator! Nerubian/devilsaur egg + this card = really good value.

This could be the card that makes Egg Zoo great again. That being said, Warlock has crashed and burned in the current meta, and the only deck even approaching viability is Handlock. Will this be enough on its own? Probably not, but with enough support from the rest of the set, we could be seeing Zoo’s grand return.

Best constructed card of the expansion. Thats INSANE for zoolock, and we know that zoo always has the potential to be a powerhouse.
