I have played this card during the expansion, extremely fun and actually very powerful, the prime I thought wouldn’t be that strong, but in resurrect priest, it actually is a perfect fit, you can just stall the game with this card and gain an INSANE amount of health
Also, Psyche splitting this while it has grave runes is OP, you get 2 2/5s with a deathrattle of summon 2 more copies, absolutely love this card.
Favourite card. Art work flavour the lot. Sick.
In wild these will be amazing with Shadow Essence.
With the state of the world today, it’s nice to get a good laugh now and again.
This stupid head gave me a good laugh.
I like to think of Reliquary Prime as a Late Game Red Genome Crystal, back at Un’Goro, where if you can find a way to continue buffing at least the health, Red Genome Crystal could steamroll the game for you. Not too sure how card 7 Mana is going to be, but at least you’d have some Zilliax Vibes (Expect replacing the Rush and Divine Shield Idea for a Slower Minion but Double the Stats. (Oh, and it’s Elusive.))
4 Star Competitive Potential, 5 Star Meme Potential.
A very nice 1 drop minion that gives you a minion with taunt lifesteal AND the ability of a 4 cost 3/3 beast for 3 more Mana and +3/5 more stats. I’m expecting every priest to run a copy of this minion.
OK so priest gets 2 crappy legendaries and no love in this expansion? What was the point of the priest revamp then?
I wouldn’t call this a crappy legendary considering the prime can only be targetted by you it can be buffed and healed. It also comes with lifesteal and taunt as well this card requires using AoE or trading to get it off the board and most trading would just heal you anyway. Even the precursor form is a solid one drop.
And when you duplicate the 1/3 a few times?
This is a good card. Truss.
A 1 mana minion that u can run in ResPriest sure is better than you might think.
Kinda seems like a “will get played in every deck” sorta card, just being a 1 mana 1/3 with Northshire rotating out is a big deal, and I’m not sure Res Decks will necessarily hate reviving the little version, which is their worst case scenario.
Lifesteal with so many new cheap-ish Priest buffs also has potential. It’s a good way to get a head on board.
If you can copy this with the 5 mana spell it would be kinda good I guess.
Power word replicate is nice but will leave standard. But we have deathrattle synergy that will stick around.
Didnt see Psyche Split yet but yeah some good ‘holy/discipline’ cards.

Since it is deathrattle, you can copy it with Shadowy figure for mere 2 mana (and it curves out nicely), trigger it’s deathrattle with Wreathced reclaimer or bring it back with Psychopomp.
