I don’t understand what has happened with the card, it is too confusing for me. I read the card will be removed and we are refunded with the cost of crafting… however at the time being i have neither ragnaros nor dust, when i search for the card it appears nowhere, but then a guy just played the card against me in a casual game, what is going on?
You must be new. If you are unable to find the card in crafting, it means you have not yet unlocked the “wild” format. Rag was put into the Hall of Fame set because he was too overpowered for standard. To unlock wild you just need to receive a wild card. As for how you saw it in a casual game, are you sure it wasn’t either Ragnaros the Lightlord or in a tavern brawl?

Best neutral legendary, maybe arguable with Silvanas. Number one to craft for new players.
