If anything, this card is better served as a Deathrattle, than have both abilities.
And I totally agree with Regis, this card is not worth replacing Renowned Performer. Which is way better and has more value.
Whereas, the tradeable aspect doesn’t seem all that excitable to me. I mean, what’s the point?
The deathrattle only procs if you have one of them in your deck, and the tradeable aspect makes that possible even when you draw both copies.
It’s a Minion with a universal Idea for whatever filler Demon Hunter wants to provide, and Clearly, the second-best Deathrattle Minion for Demon Hunter at the moment. I’m gonna give this 5.
Sooo… Demon hunters now have the deathrattle combos (Best scenarios):
1. Razorboar –> Razorboar –> Razorfen Beastmaster –> Razorfen Beastmaster –> Persistent Peddler –> Persistent Peddler
2. Razorboar –> Razorboar –> Razorfen Beastmaster –> Razorfen Beastmaster –> Devouring Ectoplasm –> 2/2 adventurer (with bonus effect)
3. Razorboar –> Razorboar –> Razorfen Beastmaster –> Razorfen Beastmaster –> Renowned Performer –> 2x 1/1 Assistants with taunt
4. Razorboar –> Razorboar –> Razorfen Beastmaster –> Razorfen Beastmaster –> Felrattler
Worst scenarios (except pulling nothing at all):
1. Razorboar –> Felrattler/Devouring Ectoplasm/Renowned Performer
2. Razorboar –> Persistent Peddler –> Persistent Peddler
3. Razorboar –> Razorfen Beastmaster –> Felrattler/Devouring Ectoplasm/Renowned Performer
4. Razorboar –> Razorfen Beastmaster –> Persistent Peddler –> Persistent Peddler
My point?
It’s all so incredibly consistent that it’s actually not consisten anymore. It’s consistant… With an a… As in always happens.
Maybe persistent merchant would work better
Upgrade for DR DH. I like it.
4 mana 4/3
Deathrattle: summon a 4/3 and thin your deck is good enough on it’s own imho and this is ignoring the fact you’re probably not paying 4 mana for this and ignoring it has tradeable.
here’s that 4 drop DH was looking for in the Deathrattle deck. I don’t think it’s broken but I do think it’s maybe better than that 4/3 that turns into a weapon.
This card is great, is what I would say if it was a rouge card.
Seems pretty decent. I like the way they’re using the Tradeable mechanic to alleviate the card’s consistency issues, which is probably enough to make it better than generically summoning a 4/3 on deathrattle. 4/5
