Does the summoned imp have charge? And when you cast it do you get an imp or do you have to wait till the next turn to get your imp, which means you need to wait 2 turns to be able to use your first imp?
The summoned Imps do not have charge, and once you cast it you’ll get your two Imps at the end of your turn which you can use next turn.

Does the portal count as a minion space? Also, does it summon just one 3/2 minion per turn?

Can it be copied by either faceless and if it is the opponents faceless is it permanent for them too?
No, it can’t be copied.
I guess the second phase of the portal quest could be countered since it is a 5 mana spell you have to cast .. could be interesting since you know it’s the next card he’s going to want to play .. better have a small cheap spell in hand in case you’re playing a mage.

No, it can’t be destroyed.
