This is no Barnes. It costs 2 more, it doesn’t activate instantly, and I simply don’t see this card being that strong. Might be fun to experiment with, but I don’t expect it to leave that much of a meta impact.
Cool to cheat out Malygos OTK or something like that
Like Barnes this was very good but for 6 mana you dont want cheat big minions out.
This card has rush is pretty good, but for what card are you aiming for.
Maybe a big deathrattle, so good in deathrattle priest.
But also a bit slow.

BLIZZARD! If the only minions in my deck are masked reveler x2, does this mean I have infinite damage to minions?
The phrasing of the card doesn’t tell me if it can or cannot summon a copy of another masked reveler, so depending on that…

Yes, it would likely work that way. Its not that great tho if the only minion in your deck is this card.
“Summon a copy of ANOTHER minion in your deck”
It can’t summon itself.
But see, another is often phrased as ‘any other minion except this one’. For example 1 Cobalt Scalebane cannot buff himself but two Cobalt Scalebanes can buff eachother.
If you look carefully, you’ll see that in basically every instance where ‘another’ is used, it refers only to that exact minion and not minions that are identical but not that exact one.
I think that the issue here is that the Cobalt Scalebane buffs minions on board, and he is one, so it must be specified that he can’t summon itself. Instead, when the Masked Reveler dies it summons a copy of a minion in your deck, and the Masked Reveler which just died isn’t in your deck obviously. So, I think that when they say “another” in this case, they mean that the Masked Reveler can’t summon itself.
Also, they can’t make a minion which summons itself in standard. Not because it would be broken or anything, the issue is that it would stall games if the opponent casts Perpetual Flame. So I’m pretty sure it doesn’t summon itself either way.

Just tested it out myself. It does not infinite loop. It really is ANOTHER minion.
