this card SUCKS!!! gentle megastupidsaur is a 4 MANA 5/4 NEUTRAL while this is a 4 mana 3/4 CLASS-EXCLUSIVE CARD!!! oh and theres also the fact that murlocs are approximately 10,000,000 times easier to summon than silver hand reSTUPIDS!!! paladin is my favorite class, and i feel like im getting trolled with these cards!!! the last kaleidosaur? more like the last kaleidoSTUPID

    Game over for wild

Better in wild then standard because of Muster for battle curve synergy, need more silver hand synergy cards in standard for it to be playable

Quartermaster wasn’t good enough for standard after Muster rotated out. I seriously doubt this will see play unless it’s directly tied to a very strong secret.

Edit: QM was from GVG? W/E still think it’s bad.

I don’t think a great Secret will make a difference in whether or not this sees play. What will make it or break it is whether or not we get more cards that have stronger interactions with Recruits than the previous attempts.

Can you give the recruits flaming claws? I though army’s had a don’t ask don’t tell thing.

Logged in just to reply to this. I laughed out loud in the middle of an organic chemistry lecture.

I think now we can all agree that the quest is going to be “adapt 7 minions”, and we already know the reward

Problem is i can t see how is this a viable 4 drop? If it s in a tempo deck, then you d be better off with a good curve instead of silver hands. Even if turn 3 means squeezing a one drop with a silver hand, it s not worth the value as of now. However, the new 1 mana spell might be nuff to make this a good tempo/midrange card, in the end

Stand against darkness+ this new card and adapt 5 silver hand recruits for 9 mana… Not great curve but it will look cool. And if you play a steward of darkshire the turn before they will all get divine shield

I’m betting their quest is to summon x Silver Hand Recruits, where x is going to be 7+. Maybe the reward will be in the form of a perm-buff for Silver Hand Recruits…? One can only hope. I’m still not seeing how they are going to make Paladin viable again, but I’ve got my fingers crossed.

Do you choose one universal adapt to apply to all silver hand recruits or do you adapt each one individually?

The same single buff is applied to each one

    Finally, a replacement for quartermaster.

      No.

That would be broken. It would be a better Justicar for one class at turn 4.

Indeed. Not just that, but imagine giving multiple permanent adapts to your silver hands… Oh Gawd!
