Oh wowzer pair this with clutch mother to make a good dick
Just want to play warlock again…
About time we got a felhound.
I believe that a very bad combination of 4 mana and drowback for zoo decks. The only application is to play all the cards from the hand to the 4 turn
It’s not for Zoo decks…
It’s for the new quest-based Discolock archetype with Zavas and Lakkari Sacrifice.
I mean, it’s an ok card but I wouldn’t call it great. If you think about it, it’s like a senjin shieldmasta with three more health that discards two cards. Is three health really worth two cards? Also, on an empty board this actually trades with a yeti or even a 4/4 if they attack eachother twice. However I guess that’s an unfair comparison since there are other thing’s that you have to take in for a count too. Hopefully I’m missing something that makes this card great. Would love to know If anyone can convince me. Btw, I do know that it synergies with warlock new quest.
Im just going to say disco is going to be a thing. There is lots of synergy and that really helps it. If you’re not playing Disco (btw disco = discard deck) it is not fantastic but in disco it can be great.
It might just be me, but there could be a reason they released 3 solid taunt minions and Golakka Crawler within the first 15 revealed cards.
Patches was good for 4 months. 🙂
I don’t think most players realize how good this card is. A 4 mana 3/8 with taunt that has synergies with the warlock quest is pretty powerful imo…
I agree, also he keeps your other minions safe from trades.
Yet another crap. You want the discard mechanic with AGGRESSIVE cards, not 3/8 taunt, wtf. It doesn’t fit any of the existing deck archetype – neither discolock nor control warlock. I could possibly be wrong about discolock but I wouldn’t expect anything from this card.
Well, it might actually see play if we don’t get any better discard cards and the new warlock quest turns out to be strong.
I always liked the discard mechanic. This could be interesting.
I feel like, with these stats and taunt, this card would work pretty well in a control warlock deck- the only catch is that the discard mechanic is, in its nature, a more aggressive deck type. This card could see play in the current discard zoo decks, but I feel like it won’t make it into any control-based decks, because the discard mechanic is just that detrimental- control decks want to hold onto their cards, while aggro decks don’t really care about their hands in favor of a powerful board presence.
An overstated 4-drop that synergizes with an overpowered 1-drop in an aggressive deck. Where do you come up with such new and exciting designs?
OP?
oh wait, i thought it was DISCOVER 2 cards XD, that would be insane lol
