It’s a modest difference, but I feel like Harrison’s +1 attack and card draw effect is overall better unless

    1) You’re a control deck that doesn’t wanna go into fatigue
    2) You can synergize with the pirate tag in some way
    3) The meta is all about one specific weapon that is gamewinning to yoink. (OR: the weapon has a deathrattle that is useful to deactivate. Imagine if this card was around with Twig of the World Tree)

These are pretty niche possibilities, IMO, but with so many cards left, anything’s possible.

I totally agree. But in the kingsbane rouge meta this would have been awesome 😀
or maybe you run this + harrison if the meta is that strange

So basically a card that’s only useful against rogue and warrior in general BUT this is Galakrond era so you can steal the second attack from fully invoked galakrond for yourself.

So instead of Destroying the opponent’s weapon, you instead take it? This is going to be an interesting take for rather you need the extra pressure or if you need to go for Harrison to draw more cards. Either way, now the choice is yours. Maybe you want 1 copy of Kobold Stickfinger and a Harrison at the same time because you think that both are equally just as good. 4 Stars.

The plan is simple, we create a wild deck that is literally just every tech card, so nobody has fun and nobody wins

I’m a big fan of this card as a fellow Wild player! Mage drawing TOO MANY cards… “I’ll take that”. Seems good to me… Kings bane and burgle rogue stuff are still present on the wild ladder too! I like it and think it’s and ideal tech card. 4/5 (in the correct match up)

Andddddd Rogue can simply tech this in and take the Kingsbane back :v

If your opponent is smart, he will take it and immediately break it so that you can’t take it back.

That’ll only really work in rogue vs rogue

By taking their Kingsbane, you take the win condition. You don’t need to buff it or even use it. So it will work for all classes.

It’s great to see more new mechanics!
Before it rotated out, corrosive sludge saw play, and this is arguably better than that (both 5 Mana, with 1/1 different in stats)

This will be dependent totally on the meta. If there are weapons everything, then this may be there to stop them

Finally some tech against Kingsbane!!!! 😀

Do we know how stealing a weapon works?
I struggle seeing this as better than harison jones, but it’s not terrible.

You destroy your opponent’s weapon and immediately equip it yourself.

Not sure whether it triggers weapon’s Deathrattle for the opponent, though. I would assume yes.

We have seen steal mechanic before for minions. This shouldnt trigger deathrattle and you shouldnt destroy and equip. You should get it with however much attack and durability the weapon had when you stole it.

I believe don’t triggers, you will steal the weapon with buffs, remaining durability, and all

Kezan Mystic stole secrets, certain cards still minions, I don’t see why the weapon wouldn’t be stolen too. No reason to think the weapon breaks or deathrattle should trigger.
