Ivus, the Forest Lord Additional Information
You can’t roll the same keyword twice – if you get e.g. Taunt once, it will no longer be in the pool. Of course, +2/+2 is an exception – you can get it multiple times.
This should of been a Druid card. The synergy Ivus has with Wildheart Guff is awesome. The potential for a 33/33 with Divine Shield, Rush, and Taunt is a nice pay off for having 20 mana. I only wish this could gain Windfury on top of the other abilities.
This will probably be a zoo style deck,
Where you play it to ‘fill’ a missing mana turn
Zilliax comes back, but no Meca type. :/
Maybe a dumb question but: Could this get multiple instances of for example taunt? So if you’d get really unlucky you’d pay 10 mana for a 1/1 taunt minion?
i kinda thought the same tbh… , its not very clear how it would work, but i think it seens to be like the adaption mechanic similar to amalgadon in bgs you can spend 5 mana for an useless 1/1 troll taunt 4x adaptation…. we may need to do some tests after realese to be 100% sure …

In the cards description 😀
Seems unlikely to see play I’m sure the dream is with the Guff hero for a 33/33 DS, Taunt, Rush.
This card might be reasonable if it cost 0 mana though.
Hmmm… Nahhh.
So for 3 mana you could get a divine shield taunt 1/1. Aka a righteous protector. Why not just spend 2 mana less and run righteous protector in your deck? Lol.
If you think that’s just a low-roll, then the high-roll for 3 mana would be a 3 mana 5/5. Aka King Mukla. Why not just run King Mukla in your deck then, so you don’t have to deal with this card’s inconsistency?
At 7 mana’s where this card approaches playable – a 7 mana 7/7 divine shield, taunt, and rush. But then why not just run Varian instead for just 1 more mana and the extra card draw?
I don’t think this card is very good. The payoff at 10 mana is a 13/13 with DS, Taunt, and Rush. The strength of this card is its flexibility, but the effect is far too random.
Sometimes at 4 mana it’ll be a 7/7, other times it’ll be a 4 mana 1/1 with DS, Taunt, and Rush. At 2 mana it can be a 3/3, or a 1/1 or Taunt. So to nearly guarantee a non-garbage roll, you have to play this in the late game, but I think most classes can achieve a big pile of stats much faster than turn 10 (Paladin Parrot, Celestial Alignment Druid, etc).
Seems pretty flexible if a little inconsistent.
I don’t know what’s good about this one.
One thing for sure, I don’t want it. And it’ll be sucks to see if I get this from opening the packs.
Even with a full 9 mana, it’s a 13/13 body with rush taunt DS. Not that great. 2/5
It’s not at its greatest at 9 mana but rather between 4 and 6 mana I feel.
Sure, but the RNG factor is what makes this one not so great.
You could get +2/+2 all the time without even pinged the Rush or DS factor.
Even then, I wouldn’t want to put this in any deck.
