Wow so basically you pull a ragnaros to opponents face without the RNG. I’ll bet some people will consider running a single copy of it.
Unless your planning for a Finisher, just spend the exact same thing for 5 mana instead. 2 Stars.
This card is probably too expensive for most Demon Hunter decks, but it is a nice damage source for Zephyrs.

Play this on T9 after upgrade your HP (legendary spell) to deal +13 DMG! Demon Hunter looks scaring (I suppose it was tested enough) but nerfs (or adjusts) will come in a few weeks after release.
