As a person that never enjoyed Shaman, getting this card because of a random generation is useless. Trash.
This was the only legendary shaman I found weak but good! But there are several American youtubers who found it very weak! This collection for shaman is very bad!
A totem deck is meant to be aggressive and kill your opponent quickly! This lackey lasts a maximum of 1 or 2 turns and that in wild mode! It does not have a suitable effect for the purpose of the deck! My score is 3.0 Maybe it runs better in duel or standard mode, in wild mode it is weak!
Ooh, boy. Alright fine. I’ll admit. Totem Shaman is pretty *sigh* … It’s pretty good.

Very powerful, with a little more support totem shaman could be a thing.

yes, this card can be broken if played right. like on turn ten you play this card then copy it with the spell that gives its 2,2 for being a totem, then splitting axe and you have 4 of them giving buffs and it starts snowballing

Wouldn’t be broken if it included itself.
It most definitely would be. There’s definitely a world where this thing sticks around for a turn and if it included itself it would be a baseline 1/5 that snowballs. Mana Tide doesn’t always get removed on curve and it would have 2 less health and doesn’t beat over tokens.
You’re looking at the card in a vacuum though. In reality, shaman is one of the worst classes right now.
Would probably be a 6/5 if it included your hero power. Still at least a 4/5 because of the snowball chance.
In my opinion, the text of the card should be: For the rest of the game, all your totems have +1/+1.
With the actual text, your heroe power remains the same, the Deathrattle of the goliath remains the same… And does not have much health, most of the classes can kill it in the following turn. Even though, not a bad card but, as I read here before, they should give also some love to elemental shaman… It could works perfect with the spells “archetype” and the totems one.
I was about to suggest that, but there is one problem though. This can easily get copied. If you manage to copy this cards many time. You can literally make a 5/6 totem on every hero power you used.
Is this OP? I don’t think so, but it’s for safe purpose. And yeah, the totem health is definitely a joke. I think it should have 5 or 6 Health. It’s also a legendary card, which…. it needs to be extra taken care of…
Once again, shaman is treated very fairly… he’s going to get buffed again this expansion.
The problem with your suggestion, though I came to the same conclusion is that the totem as it is is rather good, but not great. Whereas making it like you suggest would make it broken. A potential solution would be to have it be instead : Deathrattle : your totems have +1/+1 this game.
None of you guy’s tweaks would work as the entire gimmick of totems are end of turn effects.
I think this legend will be improved with two weeks of play, you didn’t realize how weak this legend is! I don’t even care about having these two legendary shamans! I thought the two of them were crap!
I don’t see why you want this one over the 0-Cost totem support spells that gives +2 Attack or +2 Health. I think it should be at least have 5 Health. If there will be more good totems (especially the stand-alone one like Totem Golem and his big brother), I think I’ll change my mind. Copying this totem won’t be scary, at least for now.
But man, Elemental shaman is already abandoned for a long time. Why give totem shaman a 2nd upgrade in this expansion? I’m sad lol. I hope this expansion is the last one that will push and give a best effort for totems. And I think this totem might be forever used in the future in the archetype, along with other future totems.
Finally, some love for Shaman. Though the reach of the card really depends on how early in the game you draw it (if you even draw it)

If anthing it feels very shama specific, and unic compared to it’s other legendaries, and sounds good for a totem shaman.
A card that might finally, actually make totems work. I have always hated totem mechanics cause they have NEVER worked yet Blizzard has always pushed them thus making half of Shaman pointless. This might finally change something
Given enough ‘push’ each deck will become tier 1-2 eventually. Discolock was a joke, now its tier 2, same thing with secret mage and handbuff paladin of all things. Though i kinda doubt this is what pushes totem shaman to meta status. It has an incredible effect but its kinda vulnerable. Might be amazing if they give cheaper ways to copy totems.
I think it is very strong in Shaman Totem, but I don’t like it, this is the kind of card that you drop early and if not destroyed immediatly may win the game alone…
