Everyone always mentions how it’s good in warlock, and rogue, but I absolutely LOVE this card in my quest shaman deck. It gives you so much value once you can play it, and it’s a great target for mutate or witchy lackey once you’re done generating lackeys.
She also has one of my favourite summoning lines.
Erkh is just the manager
Great stupid warlock now gets another tool for maintaining hand size play a lackey get a lackey back. The great thing is it’s still viable before play tekhan because you usually don’t want to play Lackeys before that but this can make up for it by replacing them.
Does Grand Lackey Erkh count as a Lackey? What I want to know is if Dark Pharaoh Tekahn will set his stats to 4/4.
I think this is mostly scary in Warlock with Dark Pharaoh Tekahn. Create a menacing board in the late game and you have a refill if they board clear. Galakrond Rogue may also want it if they need more value in the late game.
I’m tired of these m************ lackeys on this m************ game.
Nah it’s cool I like it
4 mana 2/3 is just a terrible stat, plus the fact that it’s basically useless before turn 5, I don’t think it will see play in Zoo or any aggro decks. I don’t think rouge needs more Lacky generation tools either since you already have all the invoke cards and hero power after Galakrond. Most of the times you’re looking for ways to dump your hand to make space for Galakrond draws with rouge decks so I don’t think it fits in rouge. Maybe not a bad card for midrange Lacky lock.2.5/5 rating imo
4 mana for a 2/3 is just meh. So at turn 4 it’s useless. And after that you need a lackey to activate. I don’t understand the 4 star rating so far. 2/5
I’m actually mostly exited for someone to go (almost) infinite with a flow of 0 cost lackeys, (Generous mummy, treachery, Erkh, magic carpet, and a lackey). XD
Dark Pharaoh Tekahn loves this card! Might be a serious build in Warlock.
What a disgusting new card, just like Reno and HS in general since year of the mammoth…
At first I was thinking Galakrond Rogue is going to be just insane with this card, but then I got to thinking that that deck is already so flush with lackeys that having a few more won’t really improve its overall winrate. If anything, it might actually hurt a little, since that archetype sometimes has hand-size issues. I think the big winner is actually zoolock: you effectively give all your lackeys echo so its a lot easier land an early Sea Giant, and if you’ve already played Tekahn then you’re dropping 1-mana 4/4s.
To Galakrond Rogue: We heard you like Lackeys with your Lackeys so we made you this guy so you can have 75% more Lackey per Lackey.
Intended for Evil League. Non-usable in Explorer Heroes.
Although, Explorer can use neutral minions to produce lackeys.
Buuuut, it’s a bad practice.
