This card is very powerful but requires for you to either play this in the early game, or you need to play this with let’s say something like a Backstabd if that card is still there. It requires you to often use 2 cards for your discount to be used. But I still think that this card gets the job done, so, 4 stars at bare minimum.
I have a feeling this card might be hearing “Hey looser” in it’s near future.
Good stats for a decent effect.
