You know on the surface he seems really bad to include in your deck, but awesome if you can discover him
But that made me think, sideboards don’t count as part of the deck right? So this guy might become an auto include in your ETC band

well youre literally never running this guy so he is a litteral instadust (unless leeroy rotates next year)
