This card is good in any situation.
Even if the enemy does not spend all mana, the card pays for itself in 2 turns at worst (because enemy will be at least 1 mana behind every turn, and this card costs 2).
Or it is just draw 2 cards for 2 mana, this is good as well.
Very cool card, but I fell that it’s definitely on the weak side. It’s not super restrictive to not finish your mana each turn, a lot of decks can reliably do that and make it so the card draw is delayed into oblivion. For example, the Rogue secret which drew 2 cards when the opponent played a spell was much easier to activate, since the majority of decks have to play spells in order to advance their gameplan. This doesn’t necessarily mean this secret is bad: I think that it will definitely find its place in the meta if a secret Rogue decks comes up, but I don’t expect it to be super good or anything.
Blizzard keeps printing insane rogue class cards. 5/5
Pretty strong, your opponent dont want that you draw two cards so he doesnt spend all his mana.
Then next turn he realizes that you played another spell.
So you draw 2 cards more safety than the “dirty tricks” from last year.
And you play this even in a non secret rogue, just because rogue needs card draw engine so badly to have a good amount of tempo.
