Very solid. If you view devolve as giving a minion on average -1/-1 and pseudo silencing them, then this is a far better arcane missiles to begin with. Not nearly as good as devolve, but yeah this will probably see play in Totem Shaman and possibly Highlander mage. A very high 4 Stars.
Sad that it cannot be buffed by Spelldamage like the real missiles.

This is a very good card, for 1 Mana.
Devolve was always a good card, if you were to use it at 3 minions; and this is also an Anti Big Minion Card as well. You can cause a lot of nasty work with Devolving Missile; As it can kinda do what Polymorph or Hex were trying to do for you.
When Mage or Shaman is in the Meta, I would say to not underestimate Devolving Missiles. 4 Stars.
This can mess up so many decks..
.. but its not really a board clear, and if you are unlucky, those minions might just be more powerful than what your opponent played, or simply annoying; the odds of at least one of them turning into something with Divine Shield, or Poisonous, or even Taunt in the right circumstances..
.. 1 mana is too cheap for this card, 3 mana would be better, but overall, I am not sure how good this card actually is. I mean, if you played this because your opponent had a better board, or board control, he might still have a better board or board control.
People might think it is a 4-5 star now, but it might turn out to be a 3 star card in the end.
If Devolve can get away with being two mana, this does more or less have to be one mana.
Granted, if the card should have been three mana, how do you even think it would only be three stars?
Big priests and resurection priests everywhere wave the white flag. Congratulations mage and shaman can now murder their res pool more than ever and there’s no reason not to play it. And if it works like arcane missles it could knock one minion down 3 levels. Combo this with any card that would repeat it or give you another copy and voila their screwed.
Great card to counter deathrattle and buffing decks.

This card is Broken! Specially if targets Taunts, Buffed minions (Edwins/QEs), Deathrattle. Control Shaman/Mage get ready!
5/5 for the flavour and creativity alone.
Probably broken, especially mana cost.
This is maybe even better than Devolve because it ‘adapts’ to your opponent’s board. And Devolve was a good card! This’ll see play for sure, especially if Priest, Paladin, and Bonechewer Brawler will be lurking around.
My poor big priest, was already limping and now it is DOOMED xD

I guess any sort of rez priest is dead come the next expansion… I have a strong feeling this will be nerfed in mana cost.
