If that would be 2/1 its still would be bad.
This plus Al’akir is the only way to fully activate Corpsetaker in Shaman. The only other neutral lifesteal minion is the dumb bloodworm. It might just see play.

Even Murloc decks won’t want this thing. Far too weak, and not nearly aggressive enough for the typical murloc deck.
Might actually see play in some pally murloc decks, though I can’t see what they’d cut to put this in. It obviously won’t remain a 1/1, since gentle megasaur is a thing along with warleader and sunkeeper.
