I think if it wasn’t for the fact that wasn’t a taunt, nobody would realistically care for Carnival Clown. The Absolute biggest issue is that you must play a 10 mana card, but if you can find that 10 mana card, and mind you that Corrupted doesn’t care what 10 Cost card it is, You basically have Chef Nomi, but with Taunts.

Ramp Druid and Control Shaman would love the card. I believe it is fairly easy to corrupt this card in those deck

Warlock Deck of Chaos to bring the cost down to 4 and attack up to 9 the corrupt it easy for full big board
NGL that idea actually makes deck of chaos sound kinda viable now. 7 9/4s with taunt on board? Hell yeah, sign me up, since nobody really runs Flamestrike anymore.
Ok, I thought of something. You could use this card in shaman and corrupt it with something like eye of the storm, then on a later turn you play this on an empty board and then play the new shaman spell revolve. 10 mana fill your board with 9 drops.
