This card is AMAZING vs. Demon Hunter. Let them pull their frikkin’ Kael’thas APM OTK Kombo and see their 30 dmg resulting in 0 dmg but losing 1 durability.
This is THE DH Counter, just keep it in Hand until the time is right.
So the cool thing about this card is that you can play it and trade into a minion at the cost of 2 durability and 0 face damage. I hope this sees play, but I’m really not sure the optimal way to use it. Part of me wants this to go into Galakrond to really abuse the free weapon trade, but that seems too slow.
I DON’T see control warrior using Greenskin/Upgrade for this card because those cards are just awful for control warrior when you haven’t played this. Probably the best use for this card is to prevent lots of damage against large minions, so in theory you’re clearing small stuff, keeping the big guys up, not taking damage, and armoring up to shield slam them later?
Idk, this card is really awesome, but I’m not really sure if this will see play. I can’t really rate this card. If it sees play, it’ll be amazing; if it doesn’t, it’s because the card is just not good.
Tank Warrior being even Tankier. I’m curious if they will still use Greenskin and Upgrade becuase of this.
4 Stars.
Will this weapon loses 2 durability when attacking minions? (except 0 attack minions)
If so, then quite bad, since warrior had a lot of weapons. I believe this one reserved for Control build. But let me wait for the reviews later.
Very weak to tokens and ping (Mage, and Druid/Rogue if you don’t have taunt)
Against Hunter hero power, it’s like ~8 armor for 3 mana. Not great.
On the other hand, obviously very good against big minions.
You can re-equip and Upgrade this for great annoyance, but is it really worth putting those cards in just for stalling?
Great card for defending against large minions but not so good for token or aggro since can break in one turn.
I would expect this most likely in a control type warrior with the minion to get back a broken weapon.
Downsides mage can nullify this with one spell and it’s a very tempting target for breaking and stealing.
Yup but we can re-equip if done right for 12 total null effects, more by buffing shield.
That’s why said may see the weapon stealing neutral make more of an appearance this expansion.
